We know planning a wedding from miles away can be daunting, but that’s where our expertise shines! We’re pros at working with couples remotely, providing regular updates, and keeping communication flowing. Whether it’s video calls, emails, or even virtual venue tours, we make sure you feel involved and in control every step of the way. All you have to do is focus on the fun parts—like picking out your dream dress or suit!
The sooner, the better! We recommend starting the planning process at least 12 to 18 months in advance to ensure you get the best venues, vendors, and rates. That said, if you’re working on a shorter timeline, don’t panic—we’re pros at making magic happen, no matter the time frame.
Yes, our team of experienced planners will be on-site throughout your wedding day to ensure that every detail unfolds seamlessly. From coordinating vendor arrivals to managing the timeline and handling any last-minute issues, we’re there to ensure that you can focus on enjoying the moment.
No problem at all! We’ll be your eyes, ears, and feet on the ground. We’ll provide you with all the insider info you need to choose the perfect location, and we’ll share photos, videos, and even arrange virtual tours to help you feel confident in your decisions. We’ve got your back every step of the way!
Our Destination Wedding Planner Package is priced at $12,450 AUD (Inc GST). This includes all the planning, coordination, and day-of management needed to make your wedding day seamless and stress-free. Payments are split into four installments to make it easier for you. We require a 25% deposit to secure your wedding day, and the subsequent three installments are spaced out throughout the planning process, so it’s manageable and stress-free.
