We recommend booking as soon as possible, ideally 12 to 18 months before your wedding. This gives us plenty of time to get to know you, understand your vision, and ensure every detail is covered!
Our Partial Wedding Planner & Coordinator Service is perfect for couples who want us to do most of the heavy lifting but need help pulling it all together. We focus on refining your plans, managing logistics, and coordinating everything on the big day. While a full-service planner is involved from start to finish, handling every aspect of your wedding, including communication and outreach to book and secure all of your vendors, our partial planning service provides you with a curated list of vendors that perfectly match your style and budget. This saves you the time and hassle of researching, inquiring, and attending consultations with vendors who may not be the right fit.
Our package includes up to 12 planning meetings. During these sessions, we’ll cover everything from your vision and style to vendor selection, timeline creation, and day-of logistics. Each meeting is designed to keep you on track and ensure all the details are taken care of.

Our Partial Wedding Planner & Coordinator Service is priced at $4,990.00 (Inc GST). This includes all the planning, coordination, and day-of management needed to make your wedding day seamless and stress-free. Payments are split into four installments to make it easier for you. We require a 25% deposit to secure your wedding day, and the subsequent three installments are spaced out throughout the planning process, so it’s manageable and stress-free.
Booking is easy! After our initial consultation, we’ll send you our terms of service and an invoice for a 25% deposit to secure your date. Once that’s settled, we’ll schedule our first planning meeting and kick off the journey to your perfect wedding day.
